The Oxford School has been providing high-quality early childhood programs and childcare since April of 2005. Our unique approach offers our students a well-rounded educational experience with an added focus on health, wellness, and active learning.
At The Oxford School, our mission is to provide families with a high-quality early childhood education to help lay the foundation for a successful educational career and the development of well-rounded children.
Our Purpose and Commitment
The Oxford School is a privately owned and operated early childhood education school devoted to quality education and care in a manner that provides individual care and direction for each child. The first years are very important in the development of a child.
The Oxford School combine a number of early education curriculums to provide our students a comprehensive program focused on each child’s needs and development. We use the Creative Curriculum, which is an approved curriculum for Ohio’s Step Up to Quality Ratings System, SmartTech Curriculum focused on technology for each childhood Litte Sprouts Healthy Child Program. and our own OWL (Oxford Writing & Literacy) Curriculum.
Our curriculum has been developed to cover a wide variety of subjects including Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, Health & Wellness, Math, Arts & Crafts and Music, plus Cognitive, Social, Language, Emotional, and Motor Development.
Healthy Child Emphasis
Our goal at The Oxford School is to build “Strong Minds, Healthy Bodies, & Happy Kids.” Oxford’s Little Sprouts Healthy Child curriculum is based on the National Campaign Let’s Move. Our students are encouraged to eat healthy foods, get active, and learn about healthy living.
